"There is nothing better than collaborating with competitors and especially those as fierce as our directors and players!  It provides the atmosphere to teach the true meaning of healthy competition.  Our regions (directors) compete (coach) against each other when we are not at the National level and we all, always, want to win.  Yet, we are so grateful to compete hard against each other and to see all of our players succeed due to this, Regardless of which team wins on the scoreboard on any given day, we know by collaborating we are making each other stronger and have more fun doing it!"
